RRA important notice on December 2022 PAYE and VAT declaration:
Reference is made on commissioner general instructions N0ย 001/23 of 11/01/2023.
Determining modalities of declaration and payment of Pay As You Earn(PAYE), and Value added Tax (VAT)on a quarterly basis.
RRA would like to inform all tax payers registered on Quarterly payment of VATย and
PAYEย that the Declaration for the month of December 2022 has been extended up to 31 January 2023 in order to Adopt new counting basis starts with the month of January.

Please note that taxpayers who file PAYE and VAT on monthly basis are not concerned with
this Announcement.ย
