Visions Africa Professionals Recognised as RRA-Authorised Tax Representatives

Visions Africa is proud to announce a significant milestone within our team.

Our CEO, Roger Brugger, together with three of our professionals; Munezero Mutesi Aline, Aurélie Murekatere, and Eulade Hategekimana (CPA, Rwanda) have been officially authorised by the Rwanda Revenue Authority to represent taxpayers for the period 2026 to 2028.

This recognition reflects both professional competence and trust, reinforcing the quality of expertise within our team.

What this authorisation means

As RRA-authorised tax representatives, they are empowered to:

  • Represent taxpayers in engagements with the Rwanda Revenue Authority
  • Support tax compliance and declaration processes
  • Provide guidance on tax regulations and procedures
  • Assist clients during tax reviews and administrative processes

This role carries significant responsibility in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity in all tax-related matters.

A reflection of professionalism and trust

This authorisation is not just a title. It reflects years of dedication, technical expertise, and commitment to high professional standards.

At Visions Africa, we are proud to work alongside individuals who demonstrate consistency, integrity, and deep understanding of Rwanda’s tax environment. Their recognition by the RRA further strengthens the confidence our clients can place in the support they receive.

What this means for our clients

For businesses and individuals working with Visions Africa, this development reinforces an important message:

You are supported by professionals officially recognised by the national tax authority.

This enhances our ability to provide clear guidance, reliable representation, and practical support in navigating increasingly complex tax obligations.

Once again, congratulations to Roger, Aline, Aurélie, and Eulade on this well-earned recognition.
