On 6 February 2026, the Rwanda Development Board (Office of the Registrar General) delivered a clear message: 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗿𝗮.
